Structural characteristics of H-series right angle gearboxes

The H-series right angle gearbox is a 90 ° power steering transmission component specifically designed for pump systems. Its core function is to convert the horizontal axis power of horizontal motors and diesel engines into vertical axis output through right angle meshing, directly driving vertical long shaft pumps, deep well pumps and other equipment. It is a core supporting component for compact layout of pump systems in fields such as water conservancy, petrochemicals, and mining.
 
The H series right angle gearbox adopts a modular integrated design, and all core components are optimized for layout around the 90 ° right angle transmission requirements. It is mainly divided into five core parts:
1. Box assembly
Adopting high-strength gray cast iron integral casting, with built-in sound-absorbing and shock-absorbing structure, the surface area of the box is greatly optimized, the natural heat dissipation efficiency is increased by 30%, the rigidity is strong and resistant to impact deformation, and the protection level can reach IP54/IP55. It can directly operate for a long time in outdoor dusty and humid environments.
2. Right angle gear transmission pair
The core transmission components are made of high-quality alloy steel 20CrMnTi, with surface carburizing and quenching treatment. The hardness can reach HRC58~62, and the gear accuracy can reach up to level 6. The high-precision spiral bevel gear/helical gear meshing structure is used to achieve 90 ° power steering transmission from the horizontal axis to the vertical axis.
3. Shaft system and heavy-duty bearing assembly
It includes two independent shaft systems, a horizontal input shaft and a vertical output shaft. The output shaft is equipped with a dedicated heavy-duty thrust roller bearing, which can bear a maximum axial thrust of 125000N and directly withstand all axial loads generated by the operation of the vertical pump, greatly simplifying the thrust bearing structure of the pump body itself.
4. Lubrication and cooling system
The basic model adopts a splash lubrication structure, and the high-power heavy-duty model is upgraded to a forced oil injection lubrication system, equipped with an external circulating cooler, which can stably control the oil temperature below 60 ℃, ensuring that the gear meshing surface always forms a complete lubricating oil film.
5. Sealing and auxiliary components
The shaft end adopts a double lip fluororubber seal to prevent lubricating oil leakage. It is equipped with an oil level mirror, a vent valve, and an oil temperature monitoring sensor, which can monitor the operating status in real time and support non-stop oil replenishment maintenance.
